Homeziora (hereinafter referred to as “I” or “we”) aims to ensure a reassuring and comfortable shopping experience. If you encounter any issues after receiving your order, you may submit a return or exchange request according to the terms below.

1. Valid Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges
Requests may be submitted within 45 days from the date the parcel is signed for.

2. Situations Eligible for Return or Exchange
A return or exchange may be requested under any of the following circumstances:

  1. The item shows damage or visual defects

  2. The item presents functional or quality-related issues

  3. The item has noticeable odor, significant color deviation, or other abnormal conditions

  4. The received item is inconsistent with the order details

  5. User chooses to request a return or exchange without providing a specific reason

3. Procedure for Returns & Exchanges

  1. Contact us by email or phone and provide:
    • Order number
    • Proof of payment
    • Description of the issue
    • Relevant photos or video

  2. Our customer support team will verify the information and notify you of the review result and next steps

  3. If approved, you will be instructed to return the item to our designated address

  4. Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it
    • For approved returns, refund processing will be initiated
    • For approved exchanges, a replacement will be dispatched within 1–3 business days to the original delivery address

4. Refund Details
Once a return request is confirmed, refunds are processed within 1–3 business days back to the original payment method (including bank cards, Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
