Homeziora (hereinafter referred to as “I” or “we”) currently provides shipping services only within Australia. Shipping to destinations outside Australia is not available at this time.
2. Shipping Fee Policy

Orders valued at 99.99 AUD or above qualify for free shipping.

Orders valued below 99.99 AUD will incur a 9.99 AUD flat shipping fee.

The final amount shown at checkout prevails.
3. Pricing and Taxes
All product prices displayed in our online store already include applicable taxes. No additional tax charges will be applied during payment.
4. Order Cut-off Time

Orders submitted before 18:00 (Australia/Sydney time) will begin processing on the same day.

If the order falls on a weekend or public holiday, processing will begin on the next working day.

The standard processing period, covering order preparation and dispatch arrangements, generally ranges from 1–3 business days.

Once shipped, the estimated Shipping Time from dispatch to arrival is 6–10 business days.

Upon arrival, we encourage customers to inspect external packaging for signs of damage. If issues are discovered, please document with photos and reach out as soon as possible so we may assist in resolving the matter.
